-Booking is available online only though https://appointments-ayrva.square.site/
-We accept all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Cash (Exact Amount Only, No Change Will Be Provided) as forms of payment
-Hold a card: This is an no show protection policy. You are required upon booking of a appointment to place a card on file. This is to ensure if a cancellation or no call/no show within 24hrs of the appointment date you will be charged a flat fee of $35. Your card will not have any charges until the day of service. You can change the form of payment the day of services via Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Cash(Exact Amount Only, No Change Will Be Provided)
- Rescheduling: Only one reschedule from the original appointment date. Please reschedule within 24hrs of your original appointment date.
- New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paper work.
- Late: If you going to be late, please call to let the esthetician know. We are an appointment-based business and want every client to have a thorough experience. If you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and charged a flat fee of $35.
-No Call/No Show: After a no call no show a client will be charged full price. No exceptions! We are a very understanding business who values clients and employee times. Please call regardless of reasoning.
- Illness: If you experience any cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, or runny noses please call to make staff aware. Any display of symptom’s will be an automatic reschedule.
- Due to the nature of our business no children are allowed in spa area. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us via email.
